My name is Elayne Gullis, and I'm a dedicated body therapist based in London, specializing in
lymphatic drainage and wellness treatments. I am the creator of The Light Method, a unique
approach that blends the best of Brazilian techniques with traditional methods. My focus is on delivering both aesthetic and health benefits through gentle, effective treatments.
I offer a range of therapies, including lymphatic drainage, shaping, relaxing and suction cups. My methods are designed to be non-invasive, promoting natural detoxification and relaxation while enhancing blood flow and overall well-being.
I am proud to be a graduate of the prestigious Bodyology School of Massage in London. My
approach is further enriched by mentorship from Dr. Patrícia Froes, a renowned dermatofunctional physiotherapist. I have also trained in Ayurvedic Massage Therapy, adding a holistic dimension to
my practice.
